Schnicke Development Group

The Schnicke Development Group is the result of a long partnership between Mark Schnicke and David Brooks. When the pair met in 2000 during the purchase of land that would become Oasis Shores in Loveland, OH, they knew they had found a kindred spirit. Through the process of developing Oasis Shores, Mark and David discovered that they share a similar set of principles.
