Our Story

Guiding Values

The Schnicke Development Group is the result of a long partnership between Mark Schnicke and David Brooks. When the pair met in 2000 during the purchase of land that would become Oasis Shores in Loveland, OH, they knew they had found a kindred spirit. Through the process of developing Oasis Shores, Mark and David discovered that they share a similar set of principles:
  • Respect for the Land

  • Concern for the Community

  • Attention to Details

  • Passion for the Deal

  • Honesty and Integrity

Led by these guiding principles, David and Mark begin all projects with an understanding of the goals of the project and the intentions of the owners. They couple this with their down to earth and approachable demeanors, which put all parties at ease. Since that first development, Mark and David have worked on several residential and commercial developments together. Their teamwork and 40+ combined years of real estate development experience means they have the expertise to guide any project from site selection through financing, design, and branding. Mark Schnicke and David Brooks have had an ongoing collaborative partnership since 2000, built on a foundation of sound ethical business practices and a philosophical commitment to responsible land stewardship and sustainability.
